MEET TEE

Threasa J. Kluever, MSW, LCSW, C-DBT, CGP, CCTP

(Owner, Individual Therapist, and Group Therapist)

Threasa (Tee) Kluever brings compassion and understanding that is uniquely evident by the joyfulness and hope she readily shares with those around her. Her approach begins with meeting every client where they are at, creating a non-judgmental space and a collaborative approach to understanding the unique situations and needs of each client. As experts of themselves, Tee helps her clients to create a space for their voices, experiences, and perspectives to be heard, honored and respected. While the therapeutic alliance grows, learning skills and processing hard emotions is incorporated into sessions at a therapeutic pace that best matches each unique clients need. Tee believes that life does not get easier, we get stronger, and she celebrates the strength and vulnerability her clients bring while allowing her to share in their journey.

Tee earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Aurora University and holds a LCSW. She has more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Her work history has centered on both the clinical level of care and administrative work including individual, group and family (support people) therapy, along with Intakes, management, and community/school based mental health services. She has continued her education by earning certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), Grief Professional Counseling (CGP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Her experience is with adolescent and adult aged clients with an expertise in Addiction, Anxiety Disorders, Bereavement/Grief, Body Image/Body Grief, Eating Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Trauma. When Tee is not working you can find her anywhere that dogs are allowed with her small pup, Sir Winston, reading a good memoir, or eating breakfast anywhere there is patio dining.
